We started this class in the first Covid lockdown of March 2020 and have kept it going ever since. Ju Jitsu Rugby members are invited to join in any weekday morning. It truly is a great way to start the day.
It would be easy to roll over and go back to sleep but if you can develop the habit which starts as self discipline, this can have a dramatic positive effect on your life.
Use this as an opportunity to get yourself in Great Shape. It's Never Too Late. Join us in the mornings (Monday to Friday) for just 30 minutes of Exercise.
